Steel features high hardness, wear resistance and stable dimension, ideal for mass production and high precision molds.
  • P20 / 718H: Pre-hardened steel for medium batch & regular plastic molds, cost-effective, no extra heat treatment.
  • S136 Mirror Steel: Corrosion resistant, high polishing performance, perfect for transparent, medical and corrosive plastic products.

Aluminum Alloy Mold Material

Aluminum alloy owns light weight, fast heat dissipation and easy processing, best for prototype and small batch production.
  • 6061 / 7075 Aluminum Alloy: Great for trial molds, rapid prototyping and thin-wall products. Low cost and short delivery time. Not suitable for long-term mass production.
